An open water swimming competition that qualified the European Champion to the world finals in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil

This European series took place in Lisboa (Parque das Nações), Portugal for three consecutive years, having qualified 3 athletes from Portugal and an equal number from other participating countries in the 3 years that was ran in Portugal.

The event featured a men’s and women’s competition in the 1.500 meters and 5.000 meters categories and got global coverage and exposure through both spontaneous and hired media.
